H4 bulb belongs to Group 1. This means you are free to use H4 bulb for any lighting purpose. In most cases, you will also be able to use H4 lamps to replace any of your worn-out lights.
These halogen lamps have been refined largely today. But you can upgrade by installing LED headlights and other advanced options. More than 90% of vehicles on our roads today rely on the halogen headlight bulbs, so no one should take them for granted.
Dimensions of the filament for H4 bulb
H4 are single beam lamps. Each of the lamps has two filaments to ensure that your car has the beams that it requires to operate safely.
If you want headlight projectors to ensure a distinct cutoff of low beams that keeps oncoming traffic from being blinded, you can rely on H4 bulb. The bulbs will also offer you a great opportunity to use reflector headlights. They actually function best with single reflectors as low beam and low-beam headlights.
The lamps can serve you for a long period. Just like other halogen bulbs, their lifespan is about 1,000 hours, and they can last for 2 years. H4 bulb uses P43T base and produce 60 or 55 watts at 12 volts, depending on your filament. If you need, you can upgrade your light by installing HID headlight and continue to reap the benefits of this lamp.
Headlights are automotive jewelry. Correct fitment coupled with the right choice of technology will turn your vehicle into a shining gem.
